Contract Physician – Multi-State Licensure & Medicaid/Medicare Enrolled

📋 Description

• Deliver synchronous telehealth visits (video/phone) to patients with health plans.
• Conduct focused clinical assessments aligned to visit type.
• Interpret diagnostic results (incl. at-home labs) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans within program protocols and payer requirements.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with state telemedicine regulations, payer guidelines, and internal clinical protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO; Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine (required).
• Active, unrestricted licenses; licensure in 10+ states preferred.
• Medicaid enrollment in multiple states preferred; in good standing.
• Must be enrolled in Medicare in good standing.
• Deliver high-quality virtual care with diagnostic interpretation and care planning.
• HIPAA/privacy compliance and telehealth protocols; strong telehealth communication.
