🎯 Requirements
- Attorney licensed to practice law with commercial/contractual/e-commerce experience.
- Excellent Portuguese communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Advanced English; Spanish a plus.
- 3-5 years legal experience at a top firm or in-house; tech experience preferred.
- On-site Mon-Thu in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo.
- Collaborative, able to work with diverse teams.
- Able to craft secure, creative contract solutions for negotiations.
- Strong interpersonal skills across management levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
