- Lead the External Manufacturing Coordinator; drive cross-materials, packaging, compliance.
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable production schedules.
- Monitor KPIs and address gaps; partner with QA for regulatory standards.
- Travel regularly to co-man sites for relationships and visibility.
🎯 Requirements
- 21+ years old at time of application
- 4-6 years in beverage/CPG with direct co-management
- Hands-on THC production experience with regulatory/compliance/quality
- Understanding of COGS, tolling, yield and gross margin impact
- ERP/production systems experience; Ekos preferred
- Experience managing multiple co-man partners; mentoring; travel 35-50%
