Contract Manager

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate customer/vendor agreements; support deal desk and contract review.
• Provide risk consultation and review contracting documents.
• Ongoing and post-execution risk management and contracting support.
• Improve contract lifecycle processes with cross-functional teams and templates.
• Provide day-to-day contract guidance to protect the company's interests.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in-house contract management and transactional experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong negotiation skills, including complex terms and conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executives and staff.
• Excellent execution, prioritization, and ability to handle high-volume tasks.
• Urgency and accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to learn data center industry and legal aspects.
• Experience in data center or telco industries (not required).
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.
