🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in payer contracting, allowable management, or revenue integrity.
- Strong understanding of fee schedules, reimbursement methodologies, and contract terms.
- Experience managing allowable tables and rate configurations in Athena EHR.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving payment variances and mismatches.
- Athena EHR experience preferred; MSO structures a plus.
