🎯 Requirements
- Law degree or legally qualified.
- Fluent in German.
- Legally eligible to work where role is based.
- 0-2 years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Regular client-facing experience.
- Good commercial awareness with business managers.
- Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Word.
- Cultural fit: Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability.
- Client relationship management.
- Desirable: Command of MSAs, SOWs, CDAs, Amendments.
