- Execute full FF&E design for Pacaso homes from space planning to final docs.
- Adhere to Pacaso brand standards, vendor frameworks, and templates.
- Manage milestones and approvals with the Senior Manager of Design.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Sourcing, and Ops; travel for onboarding as needed.
- Produce per-home design deliverables: space plan, FF&E, and placement docs.
- Support a hospitality-minded, regional aesthetic for durable spaces.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture; NCIDQ/CID preferred.
- 5+ years in high-end residential/hospitality design.
- Luxury residential portfolio with strong regional aesthetic.
- Hospitality, multifamily, or investment residential experience a plus.
- Active projects in Kiawah/Charleston, South Florida, Mountain West, SoCal, or Wine Country.
- Revit and AutoCAD required; SketchUp Pro and Rhino preferred.
