Develop and negotiate European study budgets per protocol.
Draft and negotiate confidentiality, master confidentiality, and NDA agreements.
Draft and negotiate clinical study and amendment agreements.
Coordinate execution of agreements.
Maintain contract files/databases, including archiving.
Update study teams on contract status and execution.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in contract management (clinical research preferred).
1 year of experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating clinical agreements (NDA/CTAs).
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and related computer applications.
Post-graduate qualification preferred.
