📋 Description

• Facilitate the CI team's ways of working and manage improvement projects.
• Coordinate initiatives across Operations, Production, Finance, Sales, and more.
• Ensure ideas progress to implementation with momentum and clear owners.
• Apply change management to drive adoption across functions.
• Identify inefficiencies and design better processes with stakeholders.
• Communicate change clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in product or e-commerce with CI experience.
• Natural facilitator; run productive sessions with clear owners.
• Able to influence across departments without authority.
• Involved in improvement projects from problem to solution.
• Spot process breakages and imagine better versions.
• Curious and communicates clearly about change.
