Continuous Improvement Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead loss elimination initiatives across the assigned Value Stream.
• Coach teams on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen Daily Management Systems with line leaders and operators.
• Ensure data integrity in line data and systems.
• Drive root-cause problem solving on chronic issues using basic and advanced tools.
• Partner with production and technical teams to define process standards.
• Facilitate team meetings and CP2 sessions; communicate across shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with analytical problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable with data systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with and motivate people at all levels.
• Certified trainer or ability to train others.
• Experience facilitating process improvement using Focused Improvement tools.
• Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and guide performance improvement.
• BA/ENG/SC/Business or technical degree, or 2+ years TPM experience.
