🎯 Requirements

- Lean manufacturing principles knowledge; Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Ops, HR, Supply, Innovation, Care, and Marketing.
- Independent worker; adaptable to changing priorities; strong communication.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence; intermediate Excel.
