🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years hands-on manufacturing or plant experience in equipment/process improvement
- Experience designing, modifying, or troubleshooting equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and pneumatics; electrical basics (sensors/motors)
- Lean Manufacturing: OEE, 5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to drive decisions
🎁 Benefits
- $85,000 - $110,000 base salary
