Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Kaizen events and improvement projects.
• Use Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Gemba Walks, RCA.
• Mentor and train employees on Lean methodologies.
• Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to standardize best practices.
• Promote and enforce OSHA safety policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ years leading teams; production/plant mgmt preferred.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Proficient in Lean tools: VSM, Kaizen, 5S, RCA.
• Strong analytical skills; SAP, BW, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Six Sigma desirable; English proficiency.
