Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
• Utilize Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Gemba Walks) to improve processes.
• Mentor and train employees on Lean methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to standardize best practices.
• Promote and enforce safety policies in compliance with OSHA regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent (e.g., Business Administration).
• 1+ years leading and managing teams; production/plant leadership preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Proficiency in Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Solving.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SAP, BW, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and rally teams.
