Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive continuous improvement projects across logistics and distribution.
• Collaborate with field ops to implement solutions and coach leaders.
• Serve as the data resource to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support launching new markets and expansion of the 3PL business.
• Design processes, manage projects, and analyze data to sustain improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in manufacturing/warehouse/delivery ops.
• Bachelor's in industrial/manufacturing/chemical/mechanical eng or PM.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma preferred; familiarity with lean tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Ops, HR, Supply, Innovation, Customer Care, Marketing.
• Self-starter; able to work independently or with teams in a changing env.
• Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office; Jira and Confluence.
