Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
• Utilize Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Gemba Walks) to improve processes.
• Mentor and train employees on Lean methodologies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to standardize best practices.
• Promote and enforce OSHA safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ years leading and managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Problem Solving.
• Strong analytical skills with SAP, BW, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and rally teams.
• Six Sigma Certification is desirable.
