Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
• Utilize Lean tools (VSM, 5S, Gemba Walks) to identify process improvements.
• Mentor and train employees on Lean methodologies to foster improvement culture.
• Collect, analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to standardize best practices.
• Promote and enforce safety policies in accordance with OSHA to maintain a safe work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ years leading teams in manufacturing.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Lean tools: VSM, Kaizen, 5S, RCA.
• Proficient in SAP, BW, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Six Sigma desirable and English proficient.
