Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Kaizen events and CI projects to drive operational excellence.
• Use Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Gemba Walks, Root Cause) to improve processes.
• Mentor and train employees on Lean methodologies.
• Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to standardize best practices.
• Promote and enforce safety policies per OSHA regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience leading and managing teams in manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Proficiency in Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, root-cause solving.
• Proficiency in SAP, BW, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and rally teams.
• Six Sigma Certification is desirable.
