Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description

• Promote safety culture and OSHA-compliant training to prevent injuries.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Enforce adherence to standard work and Lean Management System.
• Apply lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, LMS) to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Track, monitor, and report project status and milestones.
• Collaborate with plant management and mentor associates.

• Problem identification and resolution skills.
• Commitment to eliminating all forms of waste.
• Plan, prioritize and organize work with some supervision; manage multiple tasks.
• Evaluates possible actions and generates solutions to problems.
• Maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
• SAP, BW, Excel, Word, PPTX computer/analytical skills.
