Continuous Improvement Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Kaizen events and improvement projects.
• Use Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Gemba Walks, Root Cause Analysis.
• Mentor and train employees on Lean methodologies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to standardize best practices.
• Promote and enforce OSHA safety policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ years leading and managing teams in a manufacturing/plant setting.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Lean tools proficiency: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
• SAP, BW, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor teams.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
