Contingent Workforce Planning Partner

📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle of the extended workforce program.
• Lead the implementation of a new Vendor Management System (VMS).
• Redesign and govern the Preferred Vendor program with metrics.
• Maintain accurate extended workforce data for compliance and audits.
• Build scalable dashboards and metrics for planning and cost.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on mergers and acquisitions.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in extended workforce or related ops roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration with leaders, suppliers.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and building reports/dashboards.
• Experience improving processes or implementing new tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS and procurement systems (Workday, Coupa).
