🎯 Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years in extended workforce or related ops roles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with leaders, suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and building reports/dashboards.
  • Experience improving processes or implementing new tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and procurement systems (Workday, Coupa).
