Overview
Contentstack is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I (ReactJS/NextJS) to join our frontend team in Bangalore. You will build scalable frontend features using ReactJS and Next.js, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architecture decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop frontend features using ReactJS and Next.js
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and maintainability
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Write tests and ensure code quality
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
- Document technical decisions and reinforce best practices
Qualifications
- Strong experience with ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context)
- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
