Job Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer I Tier I at Contentstack, you will be the first-line technical resource dedicated to helping customers deploy, integrate, and optimally use Contentstack's platform. This on-site role collaborates with customers, sales, and product teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical guidance during onboarding and implementation.
  • Assist customers with API usage, integrations, and data migration.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to REST APIs, content delivery, and platform configuration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve customer questions and drive adoption.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
  • Capture feedback and communicate it to product teams for feature requests and improvements.

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, REST APIs, and JSON.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Interest in content management and modern headless CMS technologies.

Work model

Location: Bangalore, India. This is an on-site role.
