Overview
Contentful is seeking a motivated Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Denver office to ensure a welcoming, productive workspace and support daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a high-quality experience in the office.
- Coordinate daily office operations, front-desk activities, mail, and supplies.
- Plan and support in-office events, meetings, and team activities.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers (catering, facilities, maintenance).
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding logistics and workspace readiness for new hires.
- Collaborate with People Operations and IT to troubleshoot issues and improve the employee experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration, facilities, or events (or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard office software (G Suite/Microsoft Office).
