The Role
As a Technical Account Manager (f/m/d) in London, you will be the technical advocate and trusted advisor for Contentful's customers, ensuring successful deployments and ongoing adoption of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships as the primary technical point of contact.
- Lead onboarding and integration efforts with Contentful APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor health of customer environments and drive product adoption and value realization.
- Create and share best-practice guidance, enablement materials, and playbooks.
- Escalate and manage risks, maintain project plans and timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs (REST), SDKs, and modern web technologies.
- Familiarity with headless CMS concepts and content workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
