Contentful is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for Strategic Accounts to partner with our sales team in driving technical engagements with our most strategic customers. You will translate customer needs into scalable, API-driven solutions using Contentful's platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to win strategic deals.
- Lead technical discovery calls and architect solution designs using Contentful APIs (REST and GraphQL).
- Deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept, and technical evaluations.
- Respond to technical questions, RFPs, and security/compliance inquiries.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and accelerate adoption of Contentful in strategic accounts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or equivalent roles.
- Strong experience with REST and GraphQL APIs; familiarity with headless CMS concepts.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel as needed.
