Senior Demo Engineer at Contentful

Contentful is seeking a Senior Demo Engineer to design, build, and deliver compelling product demonstrations for prospective customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Product teams to create engaging demo environments, run live demos, tailor demonstrations to customer needs, maintain and extend demo environments, and contribute to enablement resources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable product demos and demo environments
• Deliver high-quality live and recorded product demonstrations to diverse audiences
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Marketing to tailor demos to customer needs
• Script and automate demo scenarios to enable repeatable, scalable presentations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Contentful features and roadmap to accurately represent capabilities
• Create and improve enablement materials and documentation for internal teams

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and modern cloud-based architectures
• Experience with technical pre-sales, demo engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Success, Product, and Marketing teams
• Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset
