📋 Description

  • Analyze key CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention, churn, engagement)
  • Build dashboards and reports using Insight360 to track health scores
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for CX leadership
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing to map the end-to-end journey
  • Act as Data Steward for CX data and ensure data hygiene
  • Forecast CX planning and operational reporting

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Experience, CX, or Analytics
  • Analyze complex customer data and translate into actionable recommendations
  • Understand lifecycle metrics: NPS, CSAT, churn, retention, health
  • Advanced SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk
  • Strong storytelling and communication; influence leadership with data
