📋 Description

  • Analyze CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention, churn, engagement).
  • Build dashboards/reports using Insight360 to track health, adoption, sentiment.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing on end-to-end customer journey.
  • Translate data into clear narratives for leadership.
  • Act as Data Steward for CX data; ensure data quality.
  • Partner with central Data to define CX data requirements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in CX, CS, or analytics.
  • Analyze complex customer data and translate into actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of lifecycle metrics: NPS, CSAT, churn, retention.
  • Advanced SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Experience with data sources (Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.
