🎯 Requirements

- Strong understanding of lifecycle metrics: NPS, CSAT, churn, retention
- Advanced SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Experience with customer data sources (Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to collaborate with technical (Data/Engineering) and business stakeholders
