📋 Description

  • Analyze CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention, churn, engagement, expansion)
  • Build dashboards and reports using Insight360 and BI tools
  • Deliver deep-dive analyses and actionable insights for CX strategies
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing on end-to-end journey
  • Translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for leaders

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Product/Business Analytics
  • Analyze complex customer data and translate into actionable recommendations
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle metrics: NPS, CSAT, churn, retention
  • Advanced SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience with customer data sources (Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Ability to collaborate with technical (Data/Engineering) and business stakeholders
