Job Description
Contentful is looking for a Product Manager - Customer Experience (f/m/d) to lead initiatives that improve the end-to-end customer journey in Berlin. You will shape product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and measure impact on customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product roadmap for customer experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and GTM teams.
- Gather and translate customer and stakeholder feedback into clear requirements.
- Define success metrics, monitor results, and iterate based on data.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product management, preferably focusing on customer experience or user journeys.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
