Contentful is seeking a Director, Analyst Relations to lead our global analyst relations program, shaping market perception and helping drive product strategy and customer engagement. This on-site role is based in Jersey City, New Jersey, United States.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy to increase favorable coverage from leading technology analysts and research firms.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct analyst briefings, inquiries responses, and executive briefings.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams to craft messaging and ensure consistent analyst engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry topics to inform product strategy and messaging.
Manage analyst events, briefings, and inquiries; measure impact and report on program metrics.
Protect and promote Contentful's market narrative and value proposition across analyst channels.
Travel as required for meetings and events.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in analyst relations, corporate communications, product marketing, market research, or a related field.
Established relationships with major technology analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) or equivalent networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills; ability to distill complex product concepts into clear messages.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Experience working in a fast-growing technology company and ability to operate in a matrixed organization.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
