Closely manage assigned projects daily to drive deliverables and remove barriers.
Participate in project resourcing, facilitate activities, and manage internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure the team is enabled and provided with what they need, removing impediments.
Coordinate project intake, triage, planning, execution and launch activities.
Develop PM artifacts such as schedules, cost estimates, scope of work, dashboards, and status reports.
Improve existing project management processes, including onboarding of new tools.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of project management in an agency setting.
Excellent knowledge of project management fundamentals.
Understanding of Agile and its importance for faster feedback and risk management.
Thorough knowledge of Google Suite and Asana, and the ability to use both to support collaboration.
Ability to manage stakeholders to ensure on-time deliverables and minimize downstream impact.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
