Content Production Manager

📋 Description

• Content production & workflow management.
• Own and optimize end-to-end content production workflows across formats.
• Ensure content moves through brief, draft, review, design, and publish.
• Maintain visibility into active content initiatives, timelines, dependencies, blockers.
• Partner with PMM, Customer Marketing, Design, Demand Gen, and Multilingual teams on scope and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of project management or production management experience
• Background in SaaS/Tech, Marketing, Creative, or content-heavy teams.
• Proven track record managing complex workflows and multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong experience with project management tools (Wrike preferred)
• Exceptional organization and execution skills
• Strong ownership of deadlines, calendars, and deliverables
