🎯 Requirements

  • 2–5 years in content operations, digital merchandising, or marketplace ops.
  • Experience managing homepage/platform content and content calendars.
  • Experience applying AI tools and agentic AI workflows to content ops.
  • Identify repetitive processes; design AI-driven automations.
  • Comfortable with evolving AI tooling and AI agents/workflows.
  • Familiarity with CMS, project tracking tools, and dashboards.
