Content Manager

📋 Description

• Own and develop content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define editorial priorities and manage the editorial calendar to support themes and campaigns.
• Lead creation of high-quality content across formats (web, blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies).
• Set standard for communicating complex payments topics across audiences (ISOs, payments pros, tech).
• Establish presence on external platforms and communities (Substack, Reddit, GitHub, industry forums).
• Partner with product and engineering to produce credible content, including technical blogs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content/editorial roles in payments, fintech, SaaS or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of payments and embedded payments; audiences include ISOs, banks and developers.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling; adapt tone for audiences and channels.
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword strategy and website analytics; use data to inform content decisions.
• Excellent organizational and project management; manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
