Support onboarding and training of moderators; provide coaching; refine guidelines.
Manage complex user appeals and secondary reviews with thorough reassessment.
Monitor team performance metrics and drive continuous moderation improvements.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in content moderation, trust & safety, or compliance with complex escalations.
Strong English proficiency; interpret policies and guide decisions.
Experience with QA, coaching or informal team leadership in moderation.
Strong written communication; document enforcement decisions clearly.
Ability to review sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
