Content Ingestion & Transformation Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute ingestion/import workflows (Common Cartridge, edX, SCORM) per SOPs.
• Develop and run UAT/QA test cases; record results and reproducibility.
• Log and triage defects with steps/evidence; coordinate with Product & Engineering.
• Reconcile ingestion errors and data mismatches; investigate pipeline failures.
• Support launch readiness and execution; perform pre-launch checks and launch-day validation.
• Maintain SOPs and a test-case library; surface recurring failure modes.
• Track and report metrics (error rate, time-to-reconcile, post-launch defects).

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (QA/UAT, content ops, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and checklists.
• Basic technical literacy: CSV/JSON/scripts; understand system flow.
• Experience writing/executing test cases and logging actionable bug reports.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional updates.
• Able to work on well-scoped problems with general instruction and frequent check-ins.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with content formats (Common Cartridge, SCORM).
• Nice-to-have: Exposure to SQL or simple scripting for data validation.
