Content Designer, Personalization

📋 Description

• Lead content strategy for agentic products; set voice and tone standards.
• Design, author, and evaluate prompts and system instructions.
• Build reusable prompt templates, experiments, and guardrails.
• Write accessible in-product language (microcopy, help text, errors).
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, researchers, and engineers on content needs.
• Based in New York or Boston; remote work with some in-person meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced content designer and UX writer with a strong portfolio.
• Background in conversation design and voice/tone guidelines.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt design, and evaluation; zero-shot vs few-shot.
• Navigates ambiguity and collaborates across teams to solve complex flows.
• Bonus: LLM-as-a-Judge frameworks, evaluation scaling, or scripting.
