📋 Description

• Design AI/LLMs conversational interfaces with product and engineering.
• Collaborate to align content with user needs and business goals.
• Apply content strategies, guidelines, and processes; create audits and personas.
• Design clear navigation and content hierarchies for complex data.
• Educate cross-functional partners on Content Design and AI ethics.
• Stay current on UX, human-centered design, and Generative AI trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Content Strategy, Content Design, or UX Writing within software development.
• Experience designing for AI/ML features; prompt engineering.
• Proficient in Figma and design systems.
• Ability to create globally scalable content across languages/cultures.
• Human-centered design mindset with research-informed decisions.
• Strong collaboration; able to explain the rationale behind content decisions to stakeholders.
