Collaborate with Design, PMs, Servicing, and Legal on product shaping and compliance
Content management: approvals from Legal and banking partners
Create and update content repositories

🎯 Requirements

5-8 years of experience
Strong writer and editor for user-centered content
Clear rationale to influence stakeholders and defend POV
Collaborative, builds relationships with stakeholders
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and clears ambiguity
Fintech or regulated products experience (preferred)
Experience with Figma
Experience building content frameworks or systems
