🎯 Requirements
- Content Design background in a product-focused environment; degree in English/UX writing/journalism.

- Experience with AI-assisted tools/workflows for ideation/prototyping/content exploration.
- Exposure to conversational design; ability to create simple, accessible conversational flows.
- Worked in authoring/publishing CCMS and agile cross-functional teams; healthcare/EHR knowledge a plus.
