📋 Description

• Design, write, edit, and test content across product flows, emails and notifications
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, engineers, PMs and marketing
• Influence product decisions with clear communications
• Maintain a consistent voice across product, marketing and support
• Develop content frameworks and narratives to explain recommendations
• Identify opportunities for A/B tests and participate in user interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience on 0-1 teams
• 4+ years of professional writing experience
• 3+ years of experience in UX writing or content design
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with design and product partners
• Ability to articulate your rationale clearly
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple work streams, and meet tight timelines
• Portfolio of writing samples highlighting product content design and generative AI experiences
