Own internal batch trackers and client records for submissions.
Coordinate feedback loops across Creative, Strategy, PM, and Client Partnerships teams.
Plan timelines and organize creative files; ensure tasks in ClickUp/Workfront.
Facilitate team meetings and client communications.

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years in an agency or content management environment.
Knowledge of social and digital media content practices and compliance.
Experience with content submission workflows and QA processes.
Proficiency with Veeva Vault, ClickUp, and Workfront.
Strong communication, planning and cross-team collaboration.
