Content Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a key point of contact for client accounts, developing positive business relationships and supporting the execution of content strategies that meet client goals.
• Collaborate with strategists, other account managers, and client teams to coordinate the development and delivery of e-commerce content solutions, from planning through completion.
• Manage multiple projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables align with client objectives.
• Work alongside content specialists, editors, and freelancers to ensure high-quality work and meet project milestones.
• Contribute ideas to optimize internal processes and support ongoing improvements in content quality and project efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in content strategy, account management, or e-commerce, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with familiarity in AP style and digital content best practices (SEO, GEO, AEO).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Team player with effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and staying updated on industry trends.
• Ability to help implement content strategies and contribute to achieving client results.
