🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy and operations or related roles.
• Systems thinker with an operator’s mindset and scale-tech experience.
• Executive-ready communicator comfortable with data.
• Strong operating judgment on tradeoffs and sequencing.
• Detail orientation and quality execution.
• Skill bringing structure to open-ended problems.
• Cross-functional influence and quick trust-building.
