Consumer & Small Business Loan Processor II

📋 Description

• Manage loan files from approval to closing with accuracy.
• Review Consumer & Small Business (QuickStep) loan documents.
• Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze and approve property insurance, title policies, and UCC searches.
• Coordinate with title companies, insurers, and vendors to move files.
• Work with Lending Officers, Underwriters, and Credit Analysts to clear conditions for closing.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 2+ years in consumer or small business lending/processing (Required).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
