  • Own end-to-end sales ops for channel partners in US/CA.
  • Lead rollout of new purchasing models and GTM with channel partners.
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting using SQL/Power BI for leadership.
  • Analyze sales data for channel performance, acquisition, and retention.
  • Design and improve sales processes: lead routing, forecasting, pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate with BD, Finance, SP&O, and Logistics to optimize orders and inventory.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; or HS diploma with 2+ years experience.
  • 2+ years PM, Sales Ops, or consulting; or 2+ years in customer-facing role.
  • ITAR: US citizen/national or eligible for authorization.
  • Availability to travel to customer sites/meetings as needed.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support milestones.
  • Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
