  • Own end-to-end sales ops for channel partners; scale Starlink GTM in US/CA.
  • Lead rollout of new purchasing models and GTM across channel partners.
  • Build dashboards and KPIs; reporting via SQL and Power BI.
  • Analyze sales data to derive insights on channel performance, acquisition, retention.
  • Design and improve sales processes: lead routing, deal management, forecasting.
  • Collaborate with BD, Finance, Supply & Ops, and Logistics to optimize orders and inventory.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in engineering or business; or high school + 2+ years experience.
  • 2+ years PM, sales ops, or consulting; or 2+ years in customer-facing role.
  • Proficient in SQL and data viz tools (Power BI or similar).
  • Experience in retail/telecom/consumer electronics sales ops.
  • Inventory management and supply planning experience in hardware/manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication; ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results.
