🎯 Requirements

4-6 years experience in strategy/ops, deal operations, revenue ops, or strategic finance.
Strong financial modeling to build deal models and partnership economics.
Turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
Experience standing up or managing a deal desk; terms, workflows, and pricing guardrails.
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
Proficient with SQL, Python, BI tools, and Excel/Sheets.
